60 Minutes of Movement, Music & Mingling

Join us for a fun, feel-good Mat Pilates class designed for singles who want to move their body, boost their energy, and maybe even meet someone cute along the way.

This 60-minute session blends the precision of Classical Pilates with a relaxed, social atmosphere. Expect controlled, flowing movements that strengthen your core, improve posture, and leave you feeling long, lean, and confident. Think mindful movement… but with a little flirt energy.

We’ll focus on breath, balance, alignment, and functional strength, all while keeping things light, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or can barely touch your toes, there’s space to modify or level up every exercise to suit you.

Timings for the night:

Arrive at 6:15pm, class will start at 6:30pm and go to 7:30pm. There will be a social after at Sanctuary &Soul.
