We’re offering free yoga sessions with local instructor, Alice Pea Yoga to help you revive, restore & relax this exam season. Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Whether you’re a yoga lover already or have never tried it before, this is the perfect way to take some time out and focus on your wellbeing during a busy period at Uni.
These sessions are open to all abilities. Book on to a half hour session above, or simply drop in on the day.
