Cardiff I am coming to deliver another signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Sunday 24th Jan as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! What to expect at the session -

- Coach Josh delivering a signature masterclass in football

- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching

- High intensity football drills and match play

- Q + A with coach Josh

Time - 12.30pm - 2.30pm

What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
