Self-care sunday workshop

Your sign to enter into your healing self-care era ;) 

We will provide yoga mats but if you have one please bring it so we can have as many girls coming along as possible! 

The run through of the day is: 

11-11:30 we can grab drinks and chat
11:30 yoga will start led by @yogellaactive
12:30 guided meditation will start by @withgiordan
13:00-15:00 we can grab a coffee and brunch and get to know each other better!

Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event ourselves. By purchasing a ticket means you consent to GOTG taking videos and pictures of the event to post on our social media pages. Please contact our instagram directly or in person on the day if you would like to not have any pictures/videos taken.
