FaT OuT 25: Oram/100: NikNak, Lou Barnell & Lola de la Mata + + Rosie Terry Toogood

FaT OuT is very honoured to be the Salford partner of Daphne Oram’s centenary tour. Throughout late 2025 the Oram Awards is touring the UK, with a series of shows that showcase female and gender-expansive sound artists and musicians.

We have collaborated with the Oram Awards to curate a live programme and workshop that celebrates past Oram Awards winners based across the north. All artists will be performing through the Echo Chamber spacial audio system.

Performing live is trailblazing musical polymath & turntablist NikNak, who will premier a brand new commission, creating a live show using the new Damphe Oram sample pack; award-winning vocalist, sound and performance artist Lou Barnell and conceptual sound and performance artist Lola de la Mata.
