The Big Cheese is a "must see" event portraying the history, heritage and culture of Caerphilly. Celebrating its 21st year in 2018, The Big Cheese is an extravaganza of street entertainers, living history encampments, music, dance, traditional funfair, folk dancing, falconry, fire eating, minstrels, troubadours and much more.
International@CampusLife are running a trip for all Swansea University students and families to this fun filled attraction on Saturday 28th July.
The coach will be departing Singleton Campus at 10am with a pick up at Bay Campus at approximately 10.20am. On arrival at the festival you will have free time to enjoy the day as you please. For further info please visit http://your.caerphilly.gov.uk/bigcheese/home-page. The coach will be leaving the festival at 6pm.
Children are welcome on the trip but must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 2 cannot sit on their own seat on the coach so must sit on an adults lap to travel. One child per adult. Children aged 3 and over must have a seat so a ticket will need to be purchased.
The coach can store light pushchairs and buggies in the hold when travelling but please note that they can get dusty or damaged so the coach company advises you to cover them. The coach company will not be liable for any damages to the buggies in transit.
