Refreshments: There will be drinks and snacks to buy on the day or you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.

Clothing: Think sports! What would you wear for going to the gym? A good sturdy pair of trainers. A t-shirt that you don’t mind getting a bit sweaty (team t-shirts are encouraged!) and shorts because you will be active and need optimum mobility. Your team will also need 2 large pairs of wellies. The largest you can find! Also Bring a towel…You’ll see why. Perhaps bring some spare clothing too.

Money: Bring money to purchase your refreshments but also to take part in the Pay as you Play activities. These are £5 each or £10 for an unlimited access wrist band for the following activities: - Aerial Assault Course - Zip Line Hoopla - Long Leap - Super Swing Ball - Tough Man Tyre Flip

Run of Events: - You will each be assigned a team when signing up (unless you join as a full team). The name of your team will be the name of a country that one of our nominated charities works within. - Your team will be given a timetable; this timetable tells you what time you need to be at certain events. Be there on time! - The morning is reserved for team events where your whole team (All 10 of you) take part. These events are all scored and they are as follows:

The Team Challenge

Glide and Slide Relay - Participants use a crash mat to glide and slide from one black line to the other. You must complete 4 lengths in the quickest time possible. Each time you slide the mat you must crawl through the tunnel.

Tyre Pit Relay – Both your position and your time will count in your favour on this event. Pick your quickest and most nimble team mates to scramble across the tyres, touch the back wall and return to the crash mat before swapping and repeating with another team mate. 5 of your team must complete this before finishing. Your time will be recorded, the quicker your time, the more points you score. If you return first, you score bonus points!

Willies over the wall – Your team are faced with a 12ft wall. The idea is to get your whole team over the wall and onto the platform in the quickest time possible. Once you’re on the platform, that’s it you have to stay up there. You can still help drag people over though. Make sure that last girl/guy is particularly springy because they’ll have no one to help them at the bottom.

Parallel Bars – Two bars running parallel to each other with two mats at each end. You are scored on a number of levels here. Points are awarded for each time you move from one mat to the other without touching the ground. You gain one extra point per player if all members of the team complete one length!

Log Jog Assault Course – Your team must complete the assault course in the quickest time possible. There is a demo of this event on the video.

Muddy Egg and Spoon Race Relay – This is where you’ll need your wellies! (And your towel if you fall over!) All members of the team must complete one full length as quick as possible. The scoring system works the same as the tyre pit relay. You score higher the quicker you complete the course. Bonus points for finishing first against the team you are competing.

If you have any queries about the day itself or what is required, please don't hesitate to contact our charity director Simon Anderson simon@pro-fit21.com and he will happily answer any questions.
