Event : Edinburgh Freshers Opening : Ibiza White Dress Party 

Venue: This years venues will include Club Tropicana, Hive, Bourbon and many more TBA

Freshers week opens with an event which has become tradition... The Ibiza White Party!!
One of the most memorable nights of freshers.. it is a right of passage! Come & meet your new uni mates at the welcome party!

Event : The Official Edinburgh Freshers UV Paint Party

Venue: This years venues will include Club Tropicana, Hive, Bourbon and many more TBA

One of the biggest nights of the year and possibly the craziest! Epic DJs, Lazers, UV & Neon Paint at the ready! This legendary night has become freshers tradition! You can expect Uv Neon Paint, 1000`s of glowsticks, Festival Lazers, Face Painters, Epic Dj....One of the biggest nights of the year!

📌 Event : The Official Edinburgh Halloween Ball 2023 👻

The day of the dead, the spirits are out, evil is in the air and for the creatures of the night it's the biggest, scariest, craziest, loudest & most terrifying date of the year. Which is why we are throwing the most gruesome party of the century... the world famous Halloween Ball!.
So get your scariest, most gruesome and revolting outfits on. Vampires, Skeletons, Zombies, Mummies, Werewolves, blood, guts, gore or even come as Freddy himself, anything goes this All Hallows Eve!

Fancy Dress is highly recommended and if you only dress up once then Halloween is the definitely the time for a costume. We’ve had some amazing costumes in the past!

Please NOTE: These events have SOLD OUT weeks in advance of freshers for the past decade.. we advise you to get your ticket asap as once they are gone there is nothing we can do! There will be no tickets available on the door.

⚠️ REFUND POLICY ⚠️ For your peace of mind, we are offering a refund on all tickets if:

• Events are cancelled by us due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the government subsequently leading to nightclub closures.
• You DO NOT get into your first choice University and are no longer going to University in Edinburgh

FRESHERS FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

Can I bring friends who are not students?

• Yes, that is completely fine! You do not have to be attending University to come to our events, however please ensure they are of a similar age to yourselves!

How does entry with a freshers wristband work?

• We have made it super simple for everyone. Once you have purchased your ticket, just download the fatsoma app and when you attend each night show your ticket on your phone to have the barcode scanned for entry.

• Are the Edinburgh Freshers Wristbands refundable?
  

• Yes. If you do not get into a University in Edinburgh we will refund your purchase in full! Refunds are only available to those who purchase their wristbands BEFORE results day.
• If for some reason, government restrictions are imposed and nightclubs are temporarily closed during freshers, we will honour a full refund under such circumstances! For us to start the refund process, please email us on info@unifresherz.com
