• Receive a refund if you do not get into your first choice University, or get a transfer ticket if your second choice University has a wristband in that city. *Only applies to tickets purchased before Wednesday 12th August 2020.

• You must submit your refund request no later than 1st September 2020 by emailing info@manchesterfresherswristband.co.uk with the subject line ‘University Refund’.

• In the email you should attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID.

• Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days.
