The Omelette Project - Carlisle-based band The Omelette Project are carving out their own space in the Northern alternative scene with a sound that blends psychedelia, alternative indie and unmistakable Northern character.
Built around swirling melodies, infectious rhythms and a psychedelic edge, The Omelette Project deliver an energetic and atmospheric sound that refuses to sit neatly inside one genre. Their music takes the spirit of Northern indie and pushes it somewhere more colourful, unpredictable and euphoric.
At the heart of the band is Muzzy on vocals, joined by Dinger on bass, Lee on guitar, Stu on drums, and Mark on keys and rhythm. Together, the five-piece create a layered, immersive sound that moves effortlessly between driving indie grooves and hazier psychedelic moments.

Nick Irwin is a London-based DJ who travels the world, bringing an eclectic and deeply rooted passion for music to every set. While his style is diverse, his musical foundations lie firmly in electronica.
Originally from the North of England, Nick began spinning records in the early ’90s. His love of music started much earlier, influenced by his father, a drummer, and a childhood surrounded by rhythm and sound. Since then, his obsession has grown to encompass everything from rock and soul to disco, house and everything in between.
For Nick, there are only two types of music: good and bad. Genre is secondary — the right track has the power to transform a dance floor, shift an atmosphere and connect with people on an emotional level.
A passionate collector of vinyl and music in all its formats, Nick sees his DJ sets as snapshots in time: constantly evolving, moving between sounds and tempos while keeping the energy and narrative flowing. He regularly uploads his mixes to SoundCloud as a way of capturing those moments and sharing his ever-evolving musical journey.
From deep, downtempo Balearic selections to upbeat house and disco, Nick moves effortlessly between styles and tempos, creating sets that are eclectic, seamless and driven by a genuine obsession of music.
