What is FORMAT?

We are the UK’s biggest community gaming nightlife event and nightlife movement for gamers and non-gamers alike.

Formerly known as Manchester Gamers Unite, FORMAT offers gamers, none gamers, game developers and community leaders to come together for a night of gaming nightlife fun.

-Under 16's must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

-This is a licenced event and alcohol will be available.

-Some content (game showcases) may not be suitable for children. We advise all under 16 year olds seek parental approval or developer guidance before participating in the showcases

-Parental guidance is advised.

ARRIVAL:

All ticket holders MUST arrive at the event before 8:30pm to be accepted for entry.

TICKETS:

All tickets for the event are to be purchased digitally, cash will not be accepted at the door.

CORONAVIRUS MEASURES:

The safety of the general public is paramount at FORMAT therefore we have some Coronavirus measures that we have taken in regards to the event.

• Mask wearing is highly recommended at the event and we ask that people attending the event be respectful of people attending the event as individuals or isolated groups and respect their space
  
  
• If vaccinated we ask attendees that upon displaying their ticket they also present proof of their vaccination, if unvaccinated we respectfully ask you display a negative lateral flow test taken at least 48 hours prior to the event
