Josh Eggleton x Somerset House Terrace with San Miguel

The Somerset House Terrace with San Miguel will give Londoners the chance to taste dishes created by Michelin-Star winning chefs this summer. The terrace will give exclusive opportunities to sample a range of cuisines from Spanish to Cantonese by London’s hottest talent, including Michelin Star holding Josh Eggleton, and Angel Zapata Martin from Barrafina.

The terrace is also the first UK home to the San Miguel Tap Station and its unique beers, inspired by the brand’s journey around the world. Month by month, attendees will have the chance to sample a guest dish, paired with one of the exclusive beers on offer.

A list of the upcoming monthly specials at Somerset House Terrace with San Miguel can be found below:

14th August until 8th September – Josh Eggleton from Pony and Trap, who will be creating a dish to pair with San Miguel’s ‘Dorchester’ beer (notes of malt and hops with a sweet aftertaste). Josh’s dish will include oyster and chestnut mushroom, Fior Di Latte, garlic, pistachio salsa. 

9th September until 5th October – Angel Zapata Martin from Barrafina, who will be creating a dish to pair with San Miguel’s ‘Bilbao’ beer (an intense lager with cereal flavours and moderate bitterness). Angel’s dish will be an Escalivada and Anchoas del Cantabrico flatbread.
