**Artist Bio** : Teeydor
Born in 2000 in Lobatse, Botswana, Teeydor hails from the quaint settlement of Serowe. As the eldest of four, his musical inclinations began early, first echoing through school corridors as he played instruments in musical plays.
Teeydor's evolution into the DJ world commenced in 2013 during junior school. A friend introduced him to the Virtual DJ app, setting him on a trajectory of refining his craft. After high school, his talents garnered attention in Gaborone, leading to notable gigs both within and beyond the capital. He's graced the stage alongside revered artists like Uncle Waffles, Dj Stokie, Dlala Thukzin, and local sensations such as Dj Kuchi and Casper the DJ, to name a few.
From the pulsing vibes of Deja Vu in CBD to the eclectic atmosphere of Lizard Lounge in Francistown, Teeydor's music resonated in renowned clubs. Additionally, his prowess echoed in Botswana's radio frequencies, showcasing his skills to an ever-growing audience.
2020 marked another transformative year for Teeydor. Amidst the stillness of the COVID lockdown, he ventured into music production under the guidance of Botswana's esteemed producer, Dj Hunter. This mentorship led Teeydor to feature in Hunter's "Naughty Corner" album and later, on Shathi's "Sweet Fruit Juice" album. His collaboration on "Ameni" with Mandy Gopolang and Hunter climbed the charts, securing a spot on Yarona FM's Hot 40.
Though Teeydor has illuminated other projects like the "Sghubu Compilation," fans eagerly await his debut solo release anticipated by year's end.**
