Venus In Spirals are a Manchester-based alternative rock trio blending the melodic chaos of Pixies, the fuzzed-out power of Dinosaur Jr. and the warped dream-pop of Medicine. Their music balances shimmering hooks with walls of distortion, embracing the beauty hidden within dissonance.

Formed in late 2025, the band have quickly built a reputation through their energetic live shows and are preparing to release their debut EP 'Worn' in September 2026. Equal parts abrasive and euphoric, Venus In Spirals embody the spirit of underground guitar music while forging a sound unmistakably their own.
