In advance of The Business of Science Conference (www.sciencenorth.co.uk) being held at the Museum of Science & Industry on Thursday 19th May 2016, a pre-conference dinner will be held to offer the opportunity to meet and connect with other individuals involved in the development and commercialisation of great science.

Sponsored by BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, guests will enjoy a drink on arrival, followed by a 3-course dinner with wine and tea/coffee to close.

Guests will also have the opportunity to hear the keynote speaker, Sharon Todd, Executive Director of the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) discussing the relationship between business and academia and the opportunity for business to become increasing involved in and benefit from University research, development and collaboration.

Intended as a professional and enjoyable way of discussing all that is great about science, the dress code for the evening is business casual and individual tickets are available at £55.00 + Vat
