STRINES: 80s SPECIAL - Age Against The Machine & Club de Fromage Over 30s Daytime Party - 20th June, 3pm-7pm

We all loved the eighties so Age Against The Machine are teaming up with Club de Fromage to bring you a special daytime party dedicated entirely to 1980s and the great music it gave us all.

Expect to hear all those bangers you listened to on 7", watched on Top of Pops, read about in Smash Hits and taped on to your C60 cassette on a Sunday evening during the top 40 charts rundown. There'll be pop, dance, new romantic, electro, hip-hop, disco, indie, ska, movie soundtracks, soul and even a bit of Stock, Aitken & Waterman. Something for everyone.

We intend this event to be on the outdoors in our woods stage. However, with the British weather, we have a contingency to bring it indoors. It might be that certain portions are inside or out, our aim is to keep you dry but have the best shindig we can, and the outside wood space is an awesome place to have a party!

NEW for 2026 - the DJ music will be pumped throughout the terraced areas in the blurb, and new and improved covered areas, outside bars and toilet facilities. 

**As with all Age Against The Machine events this is strictly for over 30s only. Photo ID MUST be produced, even if you have purchased an advance ticket!

Club de Fromage has appeared at Glastonbury, Standon Calling, Reading, Isle of Wight and loads of other festivals over the past 19 years, as well as hosting two epic NYE parties at the legendary Hammersmith Apollo.
