Gangsta Granny

Gangsta Granny, by the ubiquitous David Walliams and adapted by Heartbreak for the outdoor stage, tells the story of 11-year-old-Ben who spends every Friday night with his scrabble-playing, cabbage eating Granny while his parents go off dancing.  Ben has no interest in dancing, scrabble, or cabbage - he just wants to be a plumber! In is quest for something to eat that isn't based on leafy greens, Ben discovers that his Granny is actually an international jewel thief! Ben joins in on her escapades and the two of them have great fun pulling off Granny’s biggest heist yet.  June 22 – 23rd. Pay What You Can tickets are available for the Saturday matinee performance.
