Singles Sauna Social. Guided Aufguss Experience

We’re excited to be hosting a special singles evening centred around a guided Aufguss sauna ritual led by Harry, a Copenhagen-trained Gusmester.

Aufguss is a sauna ritual that originated in Germany and Austria and has become hugely popular across Europe. During the session, Harry will pour water infused with essential oils onto the hot sauna stones, creating waves of fragrant steam, before using traditional towel techniques to circulate the heat around the room. Accompanied by music, breathwork and carefully choreographed movements, the experience is immersive, calming and deeply restorative.

The session consists of 3 guided rounds, each followed by time to cool off, reset and connect in the cold plunges and relaxation spaces.

Unlike a traditional silent sauna, Aufguss creates a shared group experience where everyone moves through the heat together. It naturally encourages conversation, openness and connection, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed and genuine singles social.

Harry trained at the original Saunagus facilities in Copenhagen and brings a calm, grounded approach to his sessions, incorporating light breathwork and mindful guidance throughout.

There will also be a post-sauna drinks for anyone who’d like to continue the evening afterwards. Location TBC, but will be local to Pulse Club.
