Artist and producer releasing music under the alias Austel. Her music has been featured by the likes of BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 3 Unwind, The Line Of Best Fit, CLASH, Under The Radar, Loud Women, BBC Introducing, Tom Robinson's Amazing Radio show, and Fresh On The Net.
The debut album Dead Seawas created with Grammy award-winning engineer Guy Massey (The Beatles, Manic Street Preachers, Kylie), and led to nominations for Breakthrough Producer and Self-Producing Artist of the Year at the 2024 & 2025 MPG Awards. Last year, I received PRS Foundation's International Showcase Fund to perform at Music Week Poland, and landed sync placements on The Handmaid's Tale and Love Island.
Now preparing to release the second album - a dreamy indie folk album mixed by Grace Banks (English Teacher, FKA twigs, Hozier) and mastered by Katie Tavini (Arlo Parks, Nadine Shah, Liz Lawrence). The first single - The Beach In December - came out at the end of last year, and the second - 30th Day - this week. The full album is due out on 5th June
