The inaugural EMARE night will take place at XLR Withington, Manchester, on Friday 21 March 2026.

This is an 18+ ticketed event operating under XLR’s Bring Your Own Drink (BYOD) model — a unique clubbing format designed to make nights more accessible while maintaining a safe and controlled environment.

Event ends at 2:00 AM

Tickets go live on 30th January 2026, with prices starting from £13. Limited allocations apply across all ticket tiers.

Music throughout the night will span Rap, Underground Rap, Rage, Afro-influenced sounds, transitioning into House, Techno, and Jungle toward the latter half of the event.

XLR VENUE POLICIES – BYOD RULES

XLR Manchester operates a structured Bring Your Own Drink (BYOD) policy. All attendees must comply fully with the venue’s house rules:

BYOD Guidelines

• BYOD permitted – alcohol may be brought into the venue

• No glass bottles – strictly prohibited

• No rucksacks or large bags

• Alcohol limits apply – approximately 8 cans or 1 bottle of spirits per person

• No re-entry – once admitted, leaving the venue forfeits re-entry

• Storage available – £2 lockers located behind the bar

• Staff service only – venue staff will pour drinks upon request

• Security monitoring – alcohol intake is tracked to ensure safety

XLR’s BYOD system is designed to prioritise:

Reducing drink costs and making nightlife more accessible.

Safety
Active monitoring helps prevent drink spiking and excessive intoxication.

All attendees are expected to respect these policies. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.

EMARE EVENT POLICIES & INFORMATION

EMARE is an independently owned events platform curated by a small, dedicated team operating between Manchester and London. We aim to deliver high-quality live music experiences with a strong focus on atmosphere, artistry, and crowd respect.

Due to the scale of operations, please allow up to 24–48 hours for responses via email or Instagram. We appreciate your patience.

All artists and DJs performing at EMARE events are there to create a memorable experience. Any form of disruption, harassment, or interference with performances will not be tolerated.

EMARE operates a zero-tolerance policy toward racism, sexual harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind. Any incidents identified during the event will result in immediate removal from the venue and a permanent ban from future EMARE events.

For the safety of performers, staff, and guests, no attendee is permitted to touch technical equipment, DJ setups, staging, or interrupt performances at any time. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code at EMARE events — we encourage personal expression. However, clothing displaying offensive, discriminatory, or political messaging will not be permitted, and attendees may be refused entry or asked to remove such items.

Will there be tickets available on the door?

No. Once the event is sold out online, no additional tickets will be released, including on the door. Please purchase in advance to avoid disappointment.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to venue discretion. Please plan accordingly.

What if I am a photographer or videographer?

All EMARE events have officially appointed photographers and videographers. Unless you have been formally approved and listed in advance, backstage access or media passes will not be granted.

What is the age restriction?

This is an 18+ event. Valid physical photo ID will be required on entry. No ID, no entry.
