Owen Hubbard Seminar

Powerlifting seminar.

A lifter and coach who needs little introduction, most notably Owen placed first at IPF Junior worlds in 2015 in the 83kg class and holds the current world record bench press in the 83kg class. 

This seminar will give lifters an opportunity to ask unique questions and gain technical feedback from Owen himself. The Practical component is limited to 15 members, however , those who do not get a ticket to the practical component are welcome to observe the session and can also listen in on the remaining portion of the seminar focusing on programming/ nutrition/ approach to the sport long term.
