The venue reserves the right of admission. Please note that a valid ID in original (Any government-issued photo ID is required to be shown at the entrance) this is the rule of the venue VERY IMPORTANT!

(If you turn up to the event and your name is not on the list, its because you didn't read the information and you ticket was cancelled )
ADVANCE TICKET ONLY EVENT (CASH Payment Won't Be Accepted at the Door) Last entry is 9.50pm, once you are inside the venue, you can remain at no extra cost for the rest of the night.

On arrival at Mahiki, tell the host at the door, that the reservation is booked under MEETUP, you must show the venue host your confirmation email ticket either printed out or screen shot on your phone! You will then you will be offered token for a complimentary welcome drink for everyone arriving before 8.30pm!!
You will then be directed downstairs to the CLUB ROOM which we have booked exclusively until 10pm. THERE IS A FREE CLOAKROOM ONE FLOOR DOWN FOR MEETUP MEMBERS BEFORE 9PM / THE TOKEN FOR THE FREE DRINK MUST ONLY BE USED IN THE RESERVED CLUB ROOM IS TWO FLOORS DOWN..
This event is fully hosted, and the organizers will be on site to introduce and greet newcomers and well as regulars to each other. This event is run in conjunction with other meetup groups and there organizers along with there own members so the number of rsvp are always higher then what you see on the list, we have been running & hosting events for 7yrs now and all our events are exclusive venues.
The event is fully hosted so that, whether you come on your own or with friends, the host will make sure you settle in nicely and pleasantly. There will be a separate "Ladies Only Table" so that ladies can get together and mingle/ chat with each other.
Closest tube station is Green Park, opposite Ritz Hotel.... Get ready for a great night out!
