World Music Club: Fenfen Huang's Chinese Dance Workshop

Fenfen Huang presents a tradition Chinese dance and storytelling workshop for families.
  
Fenfen was born in the city of Linhai, Zhejiang province, East China. She came to the UK in 2001 to do her degree. However once she had completed her studies, she decided to pursue her childhood dream of being a dancer and promoting Chinese culture, so she embarked on a journey of dance and acting training.  She is an accomplished dance performer and cultural educator, running workshops in all aspects of Chinese culture. She regularly appears on TV and film and she performs both nationally and internationally. 
 
Fenfen has managed many successful Chinese cultural projects as Artistic Director of China Pearl, a non-profit arts & culture company based in Liverpool which aims to advance the education of Chinese arts and culture to a British audience and encourage cultural exchange between East and West. She was runner up for the 2013 Merseyside Women of the Year award and also shortlisted for for the 2014 Women of the Future award.
 
Fenfen's workshop takes place on Saturday 22nd June 2019 from 1pm. All are welcome. 
 
Tickets are £6 or £20 for a family of 4.
