Qawwali Rock with IRFAN AHMED

An evening of soulful and uplifting Qawwali/Sufi music. Singer and songwriter, Irfan Ahmed has played and sung for audiences around the globe, and with his live band for the first time in London, he is bringing the enigmatic grooves of Qawwali in fusion with modern rock and pop to inspire you for the first time. This is an extravaganza of spellbinding qawwali and sufi style musical performance that is not to be missed.

Irfan is a crafted singer-songwriter replete with sparkling melodies and sleek, danceable grooves. Alongside writing, composing, and co-producing his own music, he also works with other artists spanning a range of genres, including upcoming singers from Lahore, Amritsar and London. He will be giving tribute to legends of Bollywood and Sufi music from the Subcontinent.

Irfan Ahmed and his team are working in collaboration with the charity Forgotten Woman to end the unbearable suffering and exploitation of vulnerable women around the world. We chose to make a difference collectively as a team. We envision a world where every woman is given the opportunity to live a life free from humiliation, poverty and abuse. A world in which women are free to preserve their dignity, health, well-being and economic independence.
