Please note that due to the venue's nature being a boat, we are unable to make as many disability accommodations as other venues, though we will always try our best. Wheelchair access is specifically difficult due to our stairs and lack of ramps. Please contact us for specific enquiries.

To arrange an essential companion ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility through to access@alttickets.com. Any of the below are accepted, in addition we will review an application without these forms of evidence on a case-by-case basis.

• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired
