*Children of ALL ages must have a ticket for entry: Baby tickets (0-8month) Expected to be sat on knee.
*No entry after 2.30pm
*Children under 18yrs Must be accompanied by a paying adult.
*1st floor penshaw suite access via Stannah stair lift for disabled guests
*No prams permitted upstairs
*Any dietary requirements must be with us no later than 7days in advance
