Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to resell or transfer your ticket, however we are unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances.

Please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct date, as refunds cannot be issued for tickets booked for the wrong event or date.

If the event date is changed, you will be given the option to receive a refund or transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date. Refunds will also be issued if the event is cancelled due to Government or Council Covid enforcement.

Entry Policy

This is an 18+ venue only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, if you appear under 25 and cannot provide valid photo ID when requested, entry will be refused.

Promoters and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry at the door if a guest is deemed intoxicated, disruptive, or if refusal is considered necessary for the safety, comfort, or smooth operation of the event.

Re entry is not permitted. Once you leave the venue, you will be required to pay again for entry at the door if you wish to return.
