The Dirt Meets Pound land

In a twist of events The Dirt (Pennines) and Pound land (Midlands) collide once more on familiar grounds. This time The Victoria Inn will play host to these two underground juggernauts who blend great noise and lyrical wordsmithery. 

The Dirt described as a love child of Suicide and spacemen3 with The Fall as an influencial uncle blende garage surf psych with sonic post punk. Guitar loops thumping drums and fast firing lyrics bend genres to full effect. Kicking up dust wherever they perform.. impressive no doubt!

Pound land are becoming steadily renowned as truly weirdo noise rock ugliness with a gutter UK accent. Not swayed yet. well louder than war love that they become more ragged and wild with each track. Self described as bloated with rant, semi improvised and proudly underrehearsed this is not to be missed. 

Its likely more will be added to share proceedings. So Grab a pass eyes peeled and ears to the ground....
