ICL Trip to Oxford

International@CampusLife welcomes you to join us on our Trip to Oxford

Date: Saturday 15th June 2019

Time: Departing Fulton House at 9am with a pick up at Bay Campus (main bus stop) at 9:15am. The journey will take approximately 3 hours and will return from Oxford at 5pm. The driver will confirm the departure meeting point on the day.

Description: The beautiful city of Oxford, world famous for its
historic university, is known as the "City of Dreaming Spires". This
really is one of the most picturesque and recognisable cities in the UK and a must-see for any visitor. Whether you want to visit one of Oxford’s many
museums, have a picnic lunch next to the river or stroll around the university grounds, there's plenty to do in this vibrant city where old meets new. Fun fact: Oxford also provided the filming locations for many scenes in Harry Potter – why not see if you can spot any and recreate a scene on your magical day out!

Unfortunately, due to the journey length, we do not recommend families with young children attend this trip. We can not guarantee that toilet facilities or breaks will available due to the precise timings of the journey. Apologies for any disappointment, however we will be running family friendly trips in the future.  

Refund policy: refunds for tickets cannot be given after the date of the trip if you fail to attend for any reason. If you require a refund, you must email international.campuslife@swansea.ac.uk before 10am on Thursday 13th June or the refund may not be issued. Any refunds will not include the booking charge, this will be lost - apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide to us for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our trip leader on the day of the trip for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations where they may need to contact you. The information will be kept confidential and passed back to ICL and destroyed on return from the trip. Fatsoma’s policies can be found on their website.
