3. Ticket holders must follow the venue's entrance guidelines (age restriction, intoxication, ID presentation, security check, etc.)

4. Refund will only be processed if the show is CANCELLED. No refund will be issued if the event is postponed due to point (7).

5. Purchasing this ticket allows the promoters or any person acting on their behalf to take photos and videos which may be used for promotional tools.

6. Venue securities reserved the right to ask anyone who may be deemed to be causing trouble, fight or unnecessary argument/issues on the night to leave the building.

7. In the event that the show cannot reasonably be put on because of unpredictable occurrences such as an act of nature, government, or illness/disability of the artist, the promoters might have to negotiate another suitable day or event.
