Thanks for ordering your pre-paid entry ticket. Please print this off so the barcode is readable by our ticket scanners - or ensure your ticket is visible on your smart phone on arrival.

If you have bought multiple tickets for your group, please give each person their own ticket before you enter the venue.

On arrival, quote your name on the door - and ensure all your guests quote your name on the door, if you have purchased tickets on behalf of your group.

Your ticket will be exchanged for entry before 10m on the date marked on your confirmation email. Please note you must be over 18 and possess valid photo ID to gain entry to Piccadilly Institute. Standard entry policies also apply.

Terms & Conditions:
- Please join the 'ticketed / pre-booked' queue on arrival
- Please present your ticket when at the top of the queue to avoid paying an excess door charge
- If you arrive later than the time quoted on your ticket, an excess charge may apply
- One ticket admits one person entry to Piccadilly Institute
- This venue operates a strict over 18s policy and ID will be required
- Customers may be subject to a search
- The dress code is smart-casual with no sports wear permitted
- The venue gives preference to mixed groups (ie. split of males and females)
- Please note that the guest list / pre-paying for tickets does not guarantee entry as management reserve the right to refuse admission
- The venue cannot allow entry to groups of less than two people for security reasons (ie. single entry is not permitted)
