AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age restrictions – 13-16. Everyone WILL be asked to prove their age regardless of how old or young you may look. You MUST bring a valid form of PHOTO ID.

EVERY CHILD IS CHECKED INTO THE EVENT AT THE POINT OF ENTRY AND THIS MUST BE COMPETED OR THIS WILL DELAY GETTING INTO THE EVENT.

BANNED ITEMS

You MUST read the banned items. You risk your items being taken off you and thrown in the bin if you bring them. We cannot be responsible for looking after them.

If you refuse to hand them in, you will be refused entry without a refund.

- All Vapes.

- Hand Sanitiser (sanitising stations inside the venue).

- Balaclavas or Face Coverings.

- Caps (Beanies & Bucket Hats Are Ok).

- Any Bags Bigger Than A A5 Piece of Paper.

- Perfumes, Deodorants, Body Sprays or Any Other Contained Liquids.

- Rings.

- Smoke Bombs, Flares or Fireworks.

- Your Own food or Drink.

To Gain Entry To Our Events You Must Corporate With Our High Security Entry Procedures (It Is Only In Place To Keep You And Every One Else Safe).

We reserve the right to remove anyone for any unruly behaviour without a refund.

ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A ALCOHOL BREATHALYSER TEST TO GAIN ENTRY  We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence, found to be carrying alcohol/illegal substances or suspect you have taken something prior to the event.

REFUNDS

No refunds shall be given for any reasons you are turned away or can no longer make the event. If an act cancels and can no longer make the event due to unforeseen circumstances and the line up has to change slightly, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to Locked Out and not an arena single artist show, this is no fault of Locked Out. You will also not be entitled to a refund if the date and venue has to be changed for reasons out of our hands. The only time a refund shall be given is if the event has to be cancelled with no option of a rescheduled date.
