About the venue: A bar and restaurant rated 3.4 from around 334 reviews — the lowest-rated UK venue in the set. Note the hours carefully: closed Monday, Tuesday AND Wednesday, opening 5pm to 1am on Thursday, so Thursday is the only weekday option. Reviews are mixed on food and drinks but consistently positive about private hire — several describe corporate events and a private room being handled well, which is the relevant capability here.

Getting there: The venue is in Spinningfields, Manchester's business district. Deansgate station is a nine-minute walk with a footbridge link to the Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink stop, and Manchester Piccadilly is a tram ride away.
