Plymouth I am coming to deliver a signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Sunday 6th June as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! I can't wait to see you! I love coming to Plymouth I have now been twice and both times have loved working with all the players!

What to expect at the session -

- Coach Josh delivering a signature masterclass in football

- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching

- High intensity football drills and match play
