With lockdown stress, work pressures and a whirlwind of emotions at an all time high, this week for our Well-being Wednesday activity, we invite you to enjoy a breathwork session with Craig Seaton.
A simple daily breathwork routine can help you cope with and manage the various pressures life may throw at you. This 60 minute session will introduce you to the power of breathwork, providing a great opportunity to give the practice a go, enhance your meditation, learn to get in touch with your body and utilise the breath to go beyond weighty feelings and thoughts.
Join us this Wednesday (17th Feb) at 7pm for a Zoom session. All you'll need is a pillow, a blanket and somewhere to lie down.
