mylittlebrother are a five-piece indie rock band from Cumbria, crafting richly melodic songs rooted in classic songwriting traditions and modern emotional honesty. Drawing inspiration from 60s pop and psychedelia, their sound is defined by big harmonies, carefully layered arrangements, and a strong focus on melody, balanced with lyrics that feel personal, reflective, and quietly powerful. With the release of their third album, Throwing Darts at Maps, the band continue to develop and refine their identity, presenting their most confident and cohesive work to date. Cosmic Cat have been around for over 35 years without a single change in line-up, a testament to their kinship and belief in the music they make. Despite having a colossal back catalogue of great songs, they don’t rest on their laurels and are always creating fresh new music. They have recently finished recording their latest album and will be showcasing many of these songs along with some classics.

A band that play with beautiful friction, the interplay between the two guitars, the solid melodic growl the bass , expressive drums and the lurching, off kilter yet amiable presence of frontman Smoz is a killer combination. Alternative/Indie/Rock/Pop with nods to post punk, classic sci-fi and northern soul.

Elf Jaw

Elf Jaw are a post-human crab-pop band formed in Carlisle in 2026. Initially the brainchild of Ryn Graves, the project has since evolved into a five-piece outfit known for bass-heavy riffs, grungy guitars and dissonant electronics. Blending satire, noise, and pop sensibilities, the band tackle subjects ranging from tapeworms and radge pike to grief tourism and internet memes. Their sound pairs abrasive textures with infectious hooks, creating a chaotic yet strangely danceable experience. Their song ‘Feral’ was featured on the BBC Radio 6 Mixtape in 2025.
