We are excited to bring you the line-up for Steel Texture 2 on 22nd September. Headlining the affair are three artists who have been killing it recently, Dan Shake, Jaguar, and Tarzsa. Joining them is a fantastic selection of local support, channelling musical backgrounds of all kinds to bring you the multi-genre experience that typifies Steel Dancin and Texture Sounds events!

Jaguar: Based in East London, Jaguar is a broadcaster, DJ and journalist among the new guard of multi-hyphenate tastemakers steering UK dance music towards brighter waters. Her landmark BBC Introducing on Radio 1 Dance show, has been fundamental in spotlighting new artists and minority voices within electronic music. Togetherness, authenticity and the delightful purveyance of effervescent dance music: these are the calling cards of Jaguar.

Tarzsa: Representing Manchester, Tarzsa is swiftly cementing a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting DJs. A true champion of the electronic soul music of her hometown and beyond, Tarzsa’s feeling blend of Jazz, House, RnB, and Soul across the spectrum has become a flawlessly familiar tonic. Tarzsa has; already secured residencies with NTS and Swing Ting, alongside regular appearances on BBC 6Music; secured co-signs from the likes of Mr Scruff and Gilles Peterson; and has secured slots at events such as Gala, The Warehouse Project, We Out Here, Parklife, Lost Village and Maiden Voyage.
