Free parking in the hotel's extensive car park is available when attending the meeting and as our guest your only investment is £12, to cover meeting fees, the lunch and refreshments.

Booking is essential to reserve your place at this very popular and dynamic meeting and to correctly inform the hotel for catering purposes. You will also need to bring plenty of business cards and/or leaflets to pass around.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue is a short walk from Sheffield city centre and has ample FREE parking whilst attending the meeting but vehicle registration details are required to be submitted on arrival.

What can/can't I bring to the meeting?

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Tickets are transferable for a later meeting up to 48 hours prior to the event start.
