Easy to follow routines using glow sticks in a disco atmosphere. Burning between 500- 700 calories per class. 
£5.50 class entry (to be paid here) + £4.50 for glow stick, first time only then yours to keep (to be paid on the door)
This is the booking site for the Monday class only, Tuesdays and Thursdays class are message to book on and pay on the door.

Doors close at 6pm, please arrive 5 minutes early, 10 minutes on your first time to register.
Please bring water.
Recomended trainers/ comfortable shoes and exercise clothing, the brighter the better!
