• Early Access ticket holders must arrive before 1:30PM. Guests arriving after 1:30PM will be required to pay the difference to the current ticket price before entry.

• Line-up, entertainment, venue and event timings are subject to change.

• Last entry is 4:00PM. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late arrival.

• Dress Theme: Touch of Africa – African prints, national colours, football jerseys, flags and cultural accessories are encouraged.

• Please bring your e-ticket (email confirmation) along with valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or government-issued ID). This is an 18+ event. Entry will be checked by the door team.

• All guests must comply with venue entry policies, including age restrictions, dress code and behaviour. Entry is at the discretion of the venue management and security team.

• No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to comply with venue policies. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
