Join Rose from Breath of Life Yoga for a one hour class, all abilities welcome.
Experience the wonderful benefits that yoga has to offer, stretch and open your body to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Yoga mats will be provided but please bring some water and wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise. Please also bring/wear layers you can add and remove throughout the session.

Location change - this will now be a beach yoga class, We will meet at the bottom of Sinlgeton Park - entrance nearest to Swansea Bay/Co-op.
