Cheap Dirty Horse//A Day Without Love//21 Melville Street

Cheap Dirty Horse are a big rowdy queer trash folk-punk six-piece band from Nottingham. Since starting as a busking project in the summer of 2022, the band have continued growing in every sense, from a two-piece to a six-piece, from playing in the streets to playing in grass roots venues up and down the country, and from crappy phone recordings to the dropping of their first five singles. After gaining a little bit of local attention, things really kicked off for the band after their song 'On The Rob' exploded on tiktok, gaining a collective 1 million views across three videos of which two have sadly now been taken down. Since then, they've been playing shows pretty much consistently. From Nottingham’s finest grassroots venues, to trans rights and trade union protests, to house shows and the series of the new outdoor DIY punk gig scene that they’ve found themselves in the centre of. 2024 is looking exciting for the band as they prepare to support folk-punk legends, Apes of the State, on their first UK tour, play at the first annual Nottinghamshire Trans Pride, and heading all over the country for their own first headline tour in the summer which includes both Nottinghamshire Pride and Brighton Pride.

A Day Without Love is the brainchild of multi-genre and multi-disciplinary creator, Brian Walker, A Day Without Love is on a mission to spread good vibes and help others rise above their own struggles.

21 Melville Street are a folk punk collective from South West Scotland. Formed in 2022. They are sometimes drunk, often stoned and always anti fascist
