FRESHERS IS NEARLY HERE! Pick up your wristband and get access to all of these events!

Freshers Wristband - GUARANTEED access to every event before 11PM up to Saturday 1st October (+Cloakroom) for £27!

• For events before Wednesday 21 September, you will need to bring your booking reference, proof of UCA student status (student card/enrolment letter) and photographic ID to enter.
• The physical wristbands will arrive on Wednesday 21 September. You can pick yours up from The Workshop (on campus shop) between 10AM - 3.30PM, from Wednesday 21st September to Friday 23rd September, or at the Glasshouse Box Office on the night of an event.
• To collect your wristband, you will need to bring your booking reference, proof of UCA student status (student card/enrolment letter)and photographic ID.

Disclaimers –

- All events and event content are subject to change.

- For all paid events (i.e, events where it is NOT free entry) – All wristband holders must be in the queue before 11pm to guarantee entry. After 11pm, we will offer any unclaimed entries to other students, in order to ensure that we are able to allow as many students as possible to join the events. After 11PM, you can still join the queue and not have to pay any more money, but may have to wait for others to leave the venue before we can allow you entry.

- All events are 18+. You must bring a valid photo I.D (Drivers Licence / Provisional Licence / Passport) to prove your age on entry. Photos of these documents are not valid. 

- All events are for UCA Students. Students are able to sign in one guest per person.

- All proceeds are used to provide students with support, activities and opportunities. All events take place in Glasshouse, apart from the Town Tour.
