This venue was awarded The Best Private Members Club by London Lifestyle Award and for those who have been there already, it is not a surprise. However, it is not very often that they open their doors to the public and this event is also an opportunity not to be missed.
About Eight Members Club Bank - Eight is a private members club with two locations in the heart of the City of London, the first of which to open in 2006 was Eight Members Club, Bank, offering a wide scope of facilities, such as meeting rooms, pool tables, and a cinema.
In the evening a popular watering hole for Londoners in-the-know, Bank steps back in time with its evening only membership ‘Blind Bee’ offering a series of live music events to be enjoyed in old-fashioned glamour and with night-time mischief. A welcome addition to week-nights in Bank, Blind Bee is abuzz with cocktails, food for the soul and skilled musicians from the London music scene with Cabaret, Balearic and Jazz performances.
Eight Club boasts elegant design and comfortable sofas (and plenty of them !) As we said earlier, drinks at the bar are very fairly priced. We have a reserved area for the entire night, which will allow each guest to mix and mingle. This event is fully hosted, and the organizers will be on site to introduce and greet newcomers. This event is run in conjunction with other groups of professionals.
Guests who came to previous events held at this location appreciated the fact that they had an opportunity to visit this private member's club, the relaxed environment and the possibility to engage in conversations with other guests with no loud music in the background.
Dress code is either business or office attire or smart casual, no T-shirts, no trainers. Situated opposite the Royal Exchange just off Cornhill in the historic Change Alley, the club offers members and their guests a wonderful venue to relax, meet friends, work and socialise.
