The Heritance — Deventer, Netherlands. Formed in early 2014 by five experienced musicians (veterans of bands like Devious, Chiraw, and Caedere) with a shared love of creative rhythms, fast melodic riffs, and brutal vocals. They describe themselves as making energetic, grooving, aggressive, thrashing death metal, refusing to chase trends and instead just playing the music they love. Their live shows are frequently described as energetic and intense — the band is known for hitting the stage to give it all and "demolish the venue." They've released the debut album Focus In Reliquum (2015) and EP Routine to Decline (2017), and have played festivals like TattooFest and Graveland
