Choreo Workshop BIRMINGHAM

With two classes, one beginner level class and one intermediate level class, of 1h 20 min each and a Q&As and pictures session, Theo SONG is back in BIRMINGHAM this September! 

STUDIO SCHEDULE:

16:00 - 17:20 Beginner Choreo
17:20 - 18:00 Q&As and Pictures Session
18:00 - 18:10 Break
18:10 - 19:30 Intermediate Choreo
19:30 - 20:00 Studio Free Time

The studio space is very limited, unfortunately. Hence, the tickets available are as advertised.

Please note that the tickets are not refundable, unless required by law (on workshop cancelation/change of event date). Please read all the Terms and Conditions below. 

A limited number of tickets are available for sale in two instalments. Tickets are non-refundable and the entry will be refused if both payments are not made by the workshop date as follows:
Instalment 1 of 2: £15 + fees. Payment due by 27th August.
Instalment 2 of 2: £15 + fees. Payment due by 21st September.

Theo Song is a Seoul based Choreography Director and Dancer, who has a vast experience, from choreography directing and training MAMAMOO for a number of years, or supporting BTS, to playing the role of choreography director for numerous commercial projects, including, most recently, a fashion brand campaign featuring actress Park Shin-Hye.

Over the years, Theo has been running many workshops in Europe, where he has been teaching K-pop lovers his self-created choreographies of popular songs (from a range of K-pop/KHip-Hop/Pop/Hip-Hop songs).

Studio Policy

!!! Please bring with you a clean pair of trainers. !!!

Outdoor footwear is NOT to be worn in the dance studios. Any shoes worn outside are to be removed before entering the studio and left in the shelving in reception area.

Dance sneakers and trainers should be checked that they don’t leave permanent white marks and that they are clean and used just for dance and not worn outside due to the risk of small stones, gritting salt and tar contaminating the surface. The Studio reserves the right to ask you to remove your footwear if necessary.

No food or drinks (with the exception of water) may be taken into the studios. You may use the tea and coffee facilities.

Tickets Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means ACG Heritage Ent. and “Workshop” shall mean the event printed on this ticket.

Tickets to this Workshop are issued on behalf of the Organiser and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below, any attendee of the Workshop agrees to the terms and conditions outlined by our ticket agent Fatsoma - see terms here https://www.fatsoma.com/polici... .

2. Nobody will be allowed admission to the Workshop without a valid ticket or pass.

3. For the safety of people at the Workshop, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

4. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

5. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances. Fatsoma cannot resend your confirmation email. You can access all your tickets at www.fatsoma.com/orders or via the app.

6. In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket, a transaction fee per order and/or other supplementary fees which may apply to the Workshop. Those fees are not refundable.

7. If the Workshop is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances. 

8. If the Workshop is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.

9. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.

10. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission. 

11. We may restrict the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person (allocation). We reserve the right to cancel tickets bought in excess of this allocation. 

12. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Workshop in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets. 

13. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlaying health condition), otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser. 

14. Neither the Organiser nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors.

15. The Workshop will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the Event Industry’s All Secure Standard, a comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our Workshop.

16. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Workshop.

17. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Workshop by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.

18. It is a condition of your admission to the Workshop that no commercial (non-private) use may be made by you of the Workshop or any part of it.

19. Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Workshop with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.

20. Please check Workshop details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.

21. Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.

22. The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
