Kitchen Club Sessions lands at Joshua Brooks Manchester on 26th September with JAKKOB commanding the basement for a night of high-energy house music.
The Welsh-born, London-based selector has transformed from social media phenomenon into one of the UK's most exciting new DJs. His Kitchen Club Sessions events have been selling out venues from Lakota Bristol to Stealth Nottingham, built on a simple philosophy: "I play bangers and make bangers but never the two at the same time."
JAKKOB's genre-fluid approach spans disco to techno with everything in-between, creating that perfect "turbo" atmosphere that's made him a festival favourite at El Dorado and Secret Garden Party. Fresh from launching Kitchen Club Records with releases like "Rhythm Section" and "Lift Up Your Skirt," he's proven his production credentials match his DJ skills.
Joshua Brooks' VOID Acoustics system was built for nights like this. The Grade II listed building's intimate basement creates the perfect pressure cooker for JAKKOB's high-octane selections. Whether you know him from his viral content or his sets alongside Skream and Ewan McVicar, this is Kitchen Club Sessions at its finest.
