Perplex // Launch Party with Craigie Knowes

Perplex is a new club night striving to showcase the very best in underground house, electro and techno- providing a platform for guest DJs of the highest calibre, spanning various genres. It's safe to say then that we're extremely pleased to be welcoming local legends Craigie Knowes to the Broadcast basement to kick everything off. We really can think of no one better up to the task.

The Craigie Knowes record label has unquestionably achieved buy on sight status in recent years, boasting releases from a diverse roster, including Carl Finlow, Jensen Interceptor, Posthuman, Luke Vibert, DJ Overdose, Derek Carr, The Burrell Connection, Gerd Janson, Move D and Textasy to name but a few. Keeping with tradition, 2019 is shaping up to be another belter for the label with an onslaught of releases set to boost labels reputation even further.

The boys are equally as skilled behind the decks as they are running their label, with Max and Mitch having held down long term residencies in Sub Club and La Cheetah. Their talent has bagged them bookings across Europe in the likes of Berlin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, London, Barcelona and Belfast - garnering much praise along the way for their track selection and knack for mixing vinyl that spans decades and genres.

Support on the night comes from Perplex resident Tinto, who we're sure will set the tone of our debut party perfectly for Craigie Knowes to take the stage.
