1. General Ticket & Entry Policies Booking Finality: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrival: Entry for late arrivals is at the management's discretion; no refunds are provided for missed session time. Skate Island UK is a premier roller-skating festival and entertainment experience coming to Newcastle Racecourse (High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne) from 2 April to 31 May 2026. The event transforms the iconic racecourse space into a vibrant roller rink and social destination featuring themed skating sessions, music, food and drink, and community-focused fun.

Designed for all ages and abilities, Skate Island blends the nostalgia of classic roller disco with modern entertainment — from student nights and themed Friday events to family-friendly sessions on weekends. Each ticket includes a 90-minute skating slot with skate hire available, and skaters are invited to dress up and join immersive disco-style experience

General Ticket & Entry Policies

Booking Finality: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrival: For any late arrivals we will try our upmost to find a new time slot on the day - albeit if not possible no refunds will be provided for a missed session time, and another day/slot will be offered.

Supervision: Our BeachClub Entertainment area is free to enter / free viewing area available for non-skaters / Children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult onto the rink at all times.
