Spontaneous? Introducing 'Thursday Dinners' - our brand-new, intimate gathering where conversation happen over good food and drink in Manchester's restaurants.
And for our first ever singles dinner in Manchester, we thought we would ask Rudy's - everyone's favourite Mancunian-born pizzeria! Make sure you head to the one on Portland Street!

"We follow the true Neapolitan traditions of making pizza. At Rudy's we're inspired by a local style, unique to Naples, dating back to late 1500s called Ruota di Carro, meaning the wheel of a cart. That's why our pizzas are fluffy, light and are too big for the plate."
